Attention:
Section 13:7 of the Uniform Customs Act of 1953 indicates the prohibition of the purchase or sale of human body parts, specifically shrunken heads or mummified body parts.
Section 15:1 indicates the purchase and/or sale of said body parts is a direct violation of Article 12 and Article 13 of the Uniform Customs Act and is punishable by a minimum federal sentence of 34 years and a maxmimum of life.
On behalf of the Government of the United States, and by the powers vested in me, I advise that any further pursuit of said items will be seen as a direct violation, and further attempts at purchase will lead to subsequent federal investigation.
Be Advised.
**By law, the F.B.I. has a constitutional duty to inform those individuals under investigation that they are privy to obtaining a copy of Federal, State and Local Customs laws as well as a copy of the Uniform Customs Act through thier local State Supreme Court library.**
